DETTE

Bernadette (Dette) joined us in June 2021, working as Rory's (DCX CRO) Sales Assistant. Her eagerness to learn and her rapidly expanding skill set have led to some impressive career achievements. A pivotal moment for Dette was in 2022, when we aligned her work goals with her personal dreams. This led to:

  • Her promotion to Senior Sales Assistant.
  • Taking on leadership responsibilities.
  • Tripling her salary.
  • Hitting personal milestones (buying a car, international travel, setting up a retirement fund for her parents).
  • Helping onboard 1600+ team members!

AYLIE

Aylie joined DCX as one of our first Promo Academy trainees. After intensive training, she interviewed with Printable Promotions and impressed them with her energy, marketing background, and eagerness to learn. Her role has since expanded to include various responsibilities in marketing, product sourcing, production, social media, and website management.

Key highlights of Aylie's experience include:

  • Her active participation in Printable's company meetings and events.
  • Receiving thoughtful gifts from her manager, Stacie.
  • Planning her first US trip.
  • Buying her first home!

CRISHA

Crisha joined DCX during the COVID-19 pandemic, seeking a work-from-home opportunity to avoid long commutes and health risks. Previously a Customer Service Representative, she was hired by Creative Studio Promotions (CSP), one of DCX's partners, to manage their online store business. Since joining, Crisha has:

  • Been promoted twice, now serving as CSP's E-Store Project Manager.
  • Achieved an excellent work-life balance.
  • Developed a direct relationship with CSP's owners.
  • Gained stability to get married and buy her first home!

For CSP, Crisha's success has led to:

  • Hiring nine more team members through DCX.
  • Visiting their team in the Philippines.
  • Planning further expansion with Crisha managing a new team.
